Jayson T. Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Mayson-Dixon Companies. Founded in 2015 as MD Strategic Consulting supporting businesses, non-profits and government entities in business & community relations, corporate & non-profit partnership, strategic planning, and marketing & graphic design. It has since grown into Mayson-Dixon Properties and Development, Modern Builders and Modern Suppliers creating a community development and advocacy firm that can build, supply, engage and manage any type of project. Jayson leads a diverse, award-winning team of professionals who utilize campaign-style tactics to tell their clients’ stories but also can help with all other key factors in their growth. Now in its fourth year, the company has two locations, Baltimore & Largo, MD. Since its inception, the company has become one of Goldman-Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Alumni; has won the “Bridging the Gap” Achievement Award from the Greater Baltimore Committee and was the voted one of Baltimore Business Journal’s 2019 Healthiest Employers.
Prior to launching MD Strategic Consulting, Jayson worked for Maryland State Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller, U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin, and Prince George’s County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III. His public service history also includes roles as Maryland Political Director for Laborers International North America, Special Assistant to County Executive Baker and Vice President for Strategic Alliances for the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation, where he spearheaded major government reform and played a key role in enabling the development of the $1.2 billion MGM National Harbor.
A graduate of St. Mary's College of Maryland, Jayson has been named one of the Daily Record’s 2019 Very Important Professionals (VIP) Successful By 40 award recipients, 2016 40 under 40 by the Baltimore Business Journal and was awarded the Chairman’s Award by the Regional Asian-American Economic Development Corporation. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Pride of Baltimore and has served on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Family Network, The Alice Ferguson Foundation, Living Classrooms Foundation, and Preservation Maryland. He currently teaches a diversity and inclusion in government class with Baltimore Corps, and is an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University.

As Senior Vice President of Public Affairs & Engagement at MD Strategic Consulting, Nick brings over 15 years of experience building relationships in the public and government affairs, business development, commercial real estate, and fundraising arenas. He has found success for his clients utilizing his vast network of government, community, and corporate contacts to assist clients in public affairs campaigns, commercial real-estate development projects, RFP process, and government & utility company permitting. His client list includes for-profit and nonprofit real estate developers, builders, energy companies, labor unions, and a wide array of government contractors including but not limited to Retail Properties of America, Inc. (RPAI), Ryan Homes, Sodexo, Volunteers of America Chesapeake (VOACC) and Chick-fil-A.
Nick began his career in Maryland working on various political campaigns on the national, state, and local levels. He spent over seven years with 1199 SEIU representing health care workers in government affairs at some of the region’s medical institutions, including The Johns Hopkins Hospital, MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, and Dimensions Health Prince George’s Community Hospital.
Following that, Nick spent time successfully consulting for corporate, nonprofit, and government clients, representing Oracle, District of Columbia Firefighters Association, and Prince George’s County Government to name a few.
Nicholas is a graduate of Kent State University. He is active in the community and was recognized is a Rising Star alum for the Living Classrooms Foundation.

Myles graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2017 where he was a Rawlings Undergraduate Leadership Fellow. He has been with MD Strategic Consulting since 2016, initially as the first-ever intern at the firm. He later transitioned into a full-time position as Special Assistant to the Partners after his college graduation. In this role he honed his political and nonprofit fundraising skills, built relationships with our clients, and created the company’s thriving internship program.
In 2018, he became Senior Associate of Public Affairs and was responsible for writing strategic plans, organizing and executing events across the country, and engaging with community leaders and civic associations for nonprofit and corporate clients. Myles currently serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships. Along with assisting with critical public affairs tasks and managing client relationships, he plays a key role in business development, writing proposals, and client retention.
Myles continues to engage with his community during his free time. He was a 2020 Fellow of the New leader Council’s (NLC) Maryland Chapter and currently serves on the board as curriculum co-chair.
