The Michael Company owns and manages hundreds of properties in the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia markets. They hired Modern Builders to do some tenant fit-out work, converting older office space to functional, high-energy space. Our team designed and brought to life an empty space with few windows into a vibrant socially-distanced space for collaboration and professionalism.
