Chanda Macias is a nationally-known leader in the cannabis industry. She was one of the first African American women to secure a license for growing and selling medical marijuana and has since captured 60% do the DC dispensary market share. Our team was hired to oversee the construction management for building the new retail headquarters for National Holistic Healing Center, dealing with the property owner, contractors, permitting, the DC health department, and other key partners to ensure the renovation stays on time and on budget.
